    What I suggest is to stick with the diet 100% for at least six to eight weeks. Then you might want to start trying some foods from the "try it" list --- one food or drink at a time --- eating it every day for three to four days. I suggest waiting a few days before adding another.

    how 2 tell what will bother me ?

    for the past 3 months ive had a constant urge to pee & along with burning and sharp pains .i started diet 2 wks ago but am havin trouble i managed to stop coffee which was soo hard and now have to stop sharp cheese , yogurt and chocolate my ? is if i eliminate everything that could cause me trouble how do i know what bothers me ? and if this is a flare for me how long do i have 2 b on this diet b4 i can try other foods ?
