For a main dish --- biscuits and gravy. We use ground turkey and add a few spices to make a mild sausage flavor (we did a recipe search and found those). All you have to do is crumble the "sausage" in a pan, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently so it stays crumbled. Add milk to the pan (vary the amount based on how many it will feed) and bring to a boil. Then, in a small mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup flour to about 3/4 cup of milk and stir with a whip so there aren't any lumps. Then, stirring constantly, slowly add the flour mixture until the gravy is the thickness you like.

Break a biscuit in half and ladle gravy over it (I use Bisquick). This isn't the healthiest meal in the world, but it's friendly to my bladder. It can be served with veggies, salad, or ????

    Stay safe
