  • Food ideas with little prep

I don't cook, what are some good easy to prepare/ not prep ideas? Also, has anyone had much experiment with protein shakes like boost?
Current treatments: Botox, Bladder installations, Elmiron, Amitriptyline, Gabapentin, Hydroxyzine, Sprix.

When I had jaw surgery eighteen years ago, I pretty much lived on Boost and junior baby foods for two weeks after surgery. I don't much like the flavor of boost, but I did pretty well. One thing you might try is to mix some things in a blender and make your own shakes --- no cooking --- just toss in what you like and hit the button to start.

Another option is TV dinners, but you need to read labels for those. Most can be cooked in your microwave.

There are also some canned soups that are IC safe --- again, read the labels.

    Good luck!
