INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups Milk
1 Cup Corn Meal
2 T Butter
1-1.5 tsp Salt
4 Eggs (well beaten)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 deg.
Scald milk in double boiler, then stir in corn meal.
Cook until mushy.
Stir in butter and salt.
Stir corn mixture into eggs gradually.
Pour all into a buttered casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
To serve, you can top with butter.
