In a blender(I have a Nutribullet)
*Note can add scoop of IC friendly protein powder*
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract(I use alcohol free)
- 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon(if can tolerate)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg(if can tolerate)
- 1 cup milk of your choice dairy or non dairy
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 medjool dates if desired for more sweetness
