In a blender(I have a Nutribullet)
- 1 frozen banana(if can tolerate)
- 1 cup ripe cherries pitted(if can tolerate)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of your choice dairy or non dairy
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons walnuts(if can tolerate)
- 2 medjool dates if desired for more sweetness
