In a blender(I have a Nutribullet)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 3/4 cup milk of your choice dairy or non dairy unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon(if can tolerate)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract( I use alcohol free)
