- 2 large apricots pitted(if can tolerate)
- 1 medium frozen banana(if can tolerate)
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice dairy or non dairy unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons cashews
- 1/ tsp ceylon cinnamon(if can tolerate)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger(if can tolerate)
- Pinch salt
- 2 medjool dates
