1 cup milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana(if can tolerate)
1/2 cup raspberries(if can tolerate)
1 scoop protein powder(I use Iso Natural by Allmax which is a 100% unflavored all natural whey protein)
5 Tablespoons Kefir(if you can tolerate)
Mix together in a blender and serve.
**There are so many variations to this recipe if you can't tolerate the fruit above use the one's you can tolerate. I also add 1 Tablespoon of any powder greens you can tolerate(I use Kyo greens). You can also add sprouted flax or chia seeds. You can use yogurt instead of Kefir if you can tolerate it. The combinations are endless. Just make sure your choices are IC friendly.
