    Here is my recipe (low carb). I use eggwhites from a carton, instead of raw eggs. and unsweetened almond milk.

    In a one quart jug, pour a one pint carton of pasturized eggwhites. Add 1/4 cup whipping cream and 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Sweeten to taste. Shake bottle well and serve.

    This also makes a good dip for making french toast.

    Eggnog

    1 egg
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg(if can tolerate)

    Mix in blender and pour into glass.
