  • Justin's White Peanut Butter Cups

    Hi fellow candy lovers!!
One of the toughest things for me, since my diagnosis, has been giving up some of my favorite treats, so when I stumble upon something that is safe AND super yummy, I feel I have an obligation to share with the rest of you. I saw these at Target and tried one and it was heavenly.

I told my husband and he bought me a multi pack for Valentine's Day. You can order them on Amazon, or they have single packets at Target. Yummy!!! I should mention that white chocolate is on the "try it" list, but I think many IC'ers do well with it. I have never had any trouble, so for now, I am going to indulge!

Sounds yummy! I love peanut butter and white chocolate. In fact, I don't like milk or dark chocolate, so I didn't have to give them up. Some of my favorite candies that I can eat are:

    white Kit Kats
    white Reeces
    caramels
Sugar Daddys - so hard to find because they're old fashioned candy, but they are SOOOO good. I love to eat one while watching a movie because they last forever!
    Wintergreen Life Savers
    Anything white chocolate

I have had to stop buying some of these candies (especially the Kraft caramels) because I can't stop eating them!!

Oh, I've been missing my peanut butter cups. I used to keep the mini ones in the freezer and I could grab one for a special treat. Many thanks Callie...I just ordered some on Amazon. I'll cut them into quarters then freeze, just like before. I can't wait!!!!
