Ingredients:

1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Butterscotch chips
3 cups Rice Krispies(IC friendly kind)

Melt peanut butter and butter scotch chips in a sauce pan. When melted, stir in 3 cups of Rice Krispies. Spread in 9x9x2 or 8x8x2 pan coated with cooking spray, and put in the refrigerator til cool.
