    I was just looking online for coffee options, substitutes, etc. and saw this article from the Cleveland Clinic. Thought I'd share with you all. Looks like dark roast using paper filter is an easy 1st switch to make. Here's the link to the article-

    I still have to be very cautious about coffee, but have learned that if I start out with a low acid coffee, then make a cold brewed concentrate with my toddy maker, I can get away with one small cup --- using a small amount of the concentrate and filling the cup with hot water.
