makes 4 cups
Ingredients:
1 Cup heavy cream
6 ounces white chocolate, cut into small pieces
3 Cup milk
1/2 teas. vanilla extract
Cook heavy cream in small saucepan over med/low heat. Place chocolate inheat-proof bowl and set aside. When cream simmers (about 4 min), remove from heat and pour over chocolate. When chocolate begins to melt, stir to combine cream and chocolate until mixture is melted. Set aside.
In medium saucpan over med heat, warm milk until hot but not boiling (about 5min). When milk steams, reduce heat and slowly whisk in chocolate mixture until combined. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla. Whisk until light foam forms. Ladle into heat proof bowls and serve immediately.
