    Acid Free Coffee for New Zealanders

    Hi everyone.
    I was diagnosed with IC about 8 months ago, but have had symptoms since 3 or 4 years old and i'm 22 now.
    I'm wondering if there's anyone in New Zealand who would like to give acid-free Coffee a go? The reviews on the site are practically all from IC sufferers and claim that they love it and doesn't cause them flares.

    I'm gonna order some to Wellington but if you order over US $100 there's free international shipping, so I'm thinking there has got to be someone just like me in NZ looking for a solution to caffeine flares that isn't just "don't drink coffee"
    becuase coffee is one of my favourite things in the world, my nectar of life, and i'm going to exhaust all of my options before giving up on it.

    I just did a search for acid free coffee in New Zealand and I did find some --- I suggest you have a look at health food shops and see if there's some there. Postage costs, even within the US, have become very expensive --- I try to find things locally whenever possible.
