Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans
1/4 cup green onions(if can tolerate)
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Cook beans until tender -crisp, about 5 min. add onions,cheese and almonds. Drizzle with garlic and basil olive oil. Chill for several hours .
