    I made fennel soup for dinner and loved it! I found it to be refreshing and light. A new flavor to break up the routine menu. Enjoy!

      Hello!
      I can only share some of it since I did take it off the internet and I do not know the author of the recipe.
      Warm butter in a pan. add chopped fennel bulb, saute, add broth then cook until the fennel is tender.
      Of course, the recipe gives measurements and I have omitted the spices.
      Enjoy! I know I found this main ingredient to be for special moments since it has a unique and refreshing flavor.
