I have had the turkey with lettuce, mozzarella, cucumber and I do fine with it. I actually prefer Quizno's because their meats have no preservatives.
Daughter your faith has made you well,go in peace, and be healed of your disease.(Mark 5:34)

    Tried:
Detrol:only took one pill and it made me sick
    Elmiron:caused horrible pain(took 1 week)
CystaQ:caused alot of burning and pain(only took one pill)
Wellbutrin:only on it for three days as it caused alot of bladder pain
Elavil:Took one pill and it caused a flare that lasted almost two weeks. It was the longest flare I've ever had. Never again..ouch
Prelief:made my bladder burn and feel tingly.

    Take:
    Uracyst:Started May 19 2011
Enablex:take one pill daily with no issues
    Naproxen:for pain as needed
Baking Soda with water:as needed and it's a God send. It brings down my pain within 20 mins.
Venofer: Started April 2012 by IV for low Iron. I do not tolerate oral Iron so this is the route I had to take.Does not bother my bladder but did have other side effects. I take Benedryl with each treatment to avoid side effects.
    Supplements:Whey Protein powder daily
Dessert Harvest Aloe It has been helping alot but I can only take it every two days as my "die off" reaction has been severe.

I get the italian bread with turkey (and sometimes bacon), with spinach, cucumbers, bell peppers and olive oil.
Update! Feeling much better these days and no longer on any meds!

Pelvic pain began July 2008. Urinary frequency began in November of 2008. IC Doctor says I'm one of the worst frequency patients he has had.

Things that helped me the most: IC Diet, Elavil (30mg), Elmiron since June '09 (500mg/day).

Previously tried and quit: one series of six instillations, Neurontin, Ditropan, Oxytrol, electric stimulation to the pelvic floor, Desert Harvest Aloe, Cystoprotek and Flomax, Hydroxyzine (50mg), Alesse Birth control (this helped my period flares when my symptoms used to be bad), PTNS (I think this helped).

I usually get the turkey at Quizno's with lettuce mushrooms and mozzarella. I would also(for myself) not be afraid to try the roast beef if I was in the mood for it but I prefer the turkey.

Wow, I didn't realize that quizno's meats did not have preservatives. Do they have their ingredients listed somewhere? I would like to see what my options are. Did you have to ask them to find out what preservatives were in their meats?

                Charley's Subs restuarant

Hello everyone today I tried ordering something bladder friendly at a different restuarant. (Remember everyones bladder is different) Ok so I told the lady at the counter I wanted to BUILD my own wrap. It was a wheat wrap with turkey, shredded cheddar, and lettuce. I did have fries but a small with no seasonings on them. It was so good I also got a small side of mayo and a small side of ketchup but i ONLY dabed my fries ends in the condiments. Its kind of a pain to have to be picky on your order cause everyone in line is so inpatient but in the end its worth it!!!!

nevergiveup I know it's frustrating to be picky when ordering but at the end of the day if you eat something that's not bladder friendly it will be you with the pain not them..so my attitude is put up with me because I have the right to eat food that won't hurt me.

Subway - I go for ham

I am fine eating ham with the white cheese, lettuce, green peppers and cucumbers on a white bun at Subway. I skip the sauces. I have them put a tiny bit of black pepper on it. I drink skim mik with it and at times either plain Lays chips or plain Miss Vickie's chips. It works for me. goodluck

The heck with the people in line. We are all used to standing in line aren't we? Maybe you could call ahead if it makes you feel uneasy. After all, don't want to be all stressed out before you try to eat. Jill, wife of Bob

I eat their steak and American cheese sandwich on wheat flat bread all the time and it doesn't bother me.
