Does anyone have a great spice rub that I could make up for chicken, fish, or steak? or better yet- is there one I can buy?

I prefer mine cooked on the barbecue without anything other than a little salt.

I like a smidge of garlic and some yellow pepper puree on mine. Salt as preferred.

I grind rosemary, garlic powder, and salt for a rub on chicken. I rub honey and brown sugar and garlic powder on salmon, when I do have steak it's usually just garlic powder and pink sea salt. Geez- sounds like I need to get more creative in my spice rubs but since the spicy ones are out I'm having trouble coming up with new ones.
