nothing better than an Alfredo sauce made without flour that thickens just with all that wonderful cheese..super tasty


1 cup butter

2 cups heavy cream

salt and pepper(if can tolerate) to taste

1 dash garlic powder

3/4 cup grated Romano cheese(if can tolerate)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese(if can tolerate)


1. In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted;sauce will thicken.
Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
