1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder(if can tolerate)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper(fresh is the most tolerated)
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill
1 cup plain greek yogurt(if can tolerate)


combine all the above ingredients and mix until well combined. Will keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
