*** I like this better than mayo as it has a really nice fresh/clean flavor***

In a small sauce pan add
1/2 Cup of Whipping Cream
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 Tblsp cream cheese(in the block make sure IC freindly)

Add whatever seasoning you desire for what you are using it for. Example see below for recipe for potato salad.
Bring to a soft boil and cook until thickened. Cool but do not put in fridge until you mix it with whatever you are using it for as it thickens in the fridge. Add instead of mayo. Serve and enjoy.

Can be used in Potato salad, chicken salad, tuna salad,devilled eggs etc...



***Creamy Dill Dressing(for potato salad)***

In a small sauce pan add
1/2 Cup of Whipping Cream
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp of dried Dill(or more if desired, if using fresh dill use about 1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tblsp cream cheese(in the block make sure IC friendly)
Bring to a soft boil and cook until thickened. Cool. Add to potato mixture. Serve and enjoy.
