Ladies,
I have not posted in a while. Last year was a crazy year for us, we relocated, changed jobs, etc. Things have finally settled down and I have been able to for the most part control my pain symptoms strictly with diet, drinking a lot of water, prelief, aloe vera and a not too demanding exercise regime. I've also tried to deal with stress. I do not have the energy levels that I had prior to getting sick but I am managing to live a fairly normal life.
I know what not to eat but what about what we should be eating? This year I have felt better drinking rainwater, eating and drinking the best quality of food that I can find particularly good quality milk. I've added rice to my diet recently and I love the energy it gives me and it is a food that has a lot of water. My health seems to be directly connected to how hydrated I stay. My battery is running low so I want to post this.
What food makes you feel better?
