  • prerelief has helped me with my bladder spams and pain

Good news to report, I tried taking prelief last week and this week and it has helped me with my flares and bladders spams. I was able to have some sprite after work and no flare. Thank God. Just wanted to let you all know. Have a good night.
Hang in there , There is hope.

Thanks all. I am suprised it has helped me with my flares and spasms. It hasn't helped with the frequency or the urgency. I should be thankful that is helping with the bladder pain.

Bestie- thankyou. Yesterday was very tiring. Hope you feel better soon. I am almost done. doing a little here and there every day.

I have found that the only way Prelief helps me is to take more than the recommended dosage. I asked my doc and he said that it's o.k. to take as many as you need because it's not a drug. I take about six at a time, depending on how acidic a food is. Hope this helps someone!!

I live on Prelief! I buy a couple bottles at a time. On average I take four to six tablets per meal to prevent irritation to my bladder from acids. For fruit smoothies I take eight to ten tablets. If it wasn't for Prelief I wouldn't be able to eat hardly anything! I can't praise it enough.

I went to Walgreens today for a bottle of Prelief. They sell it in Kansas for about 10.50 a bottle. You can find it on the Anti-acid aisle.
Hope it works for all of you.
I am willing to give a try als.

Thanks to all of you who share your ideas and experiences. I am great at doing the research but very hesitant to follow through with the various ideas I read about so when others talk about their experiences, I dare myself to give it a try. So thanks for sharing.

I have taken this once. Afterward, like 5-6 hours later, I was SO nauseated I had to run for the sink severa times. Is this common with anyone else? i've never taken it again due to this. I had taken nothing else that would cause the nausea.

                      just curious, Sandy

Debbie, I can have some extra things with Prelief, but I would never ever try a carbonated beverage --- it's trouble for me every time.

Please be very careful about diet "no-nos" --- you've had soooo many flares lately and I'd like you to feel better.

                        Gentle hugs,
                        Donna

                          Hi all,
Prelief can help me with some no-no foods, but not all. With it, I've tried weak decaf coffee (with half the cup filled with milk), a half teaspoon of ketchup with french fries, and a half teaspoon of ranch dressing on a big salad & had no trouble (NOT ALL AT ONCE!! - and tested cautiously with small quantities on different days).

But, it didn't help at all with the sour cream I tried on a potato one day or the chocolate brownie another night- really regretted both. (DRAT)

So, it isn't a cure-all, but I am glad for the slight dietary expansions it's allowed me.

So, a word of advice is to test cautiously on days when it doesn't matter so much if the experiment flops! And of course, it's really great when it works out

I have been eating lots more things lately, and taking lots more Prelief...I think for awhile the 2-3 tablets were not enough to help me...so now I take 5-6 before eating if it's an "iffy" food or drink......and 2-3 for most things. I do think it helps....even able to have grapefruit juice with no problems.
