  • Prelief helps

Just wanted to say that I have started taking Prelief for the past few days, and am amazed at the difference it has made It also helps with IBS, so if you have both IBS and IC, why not try killing two birds with one stone and give Prelief a try. It has actually made it possible for me to get out of the house and do some fun things with my daughters...something I have not been able to do for years.

I haven't tried Prelief yet. I don't know how effective it would be for someone who already has a very high acid content in their stomach. I'm trying strong ulcer medication right now (for my bleeding ulcers) and I think it's helping my IC. It's the same principle in a way, it doesn't work on the food for me, but works on the gargantuan amounts of acid my stomach produces.

I'm glad that you're having success

      Lisa:
I too take Prevacid for ulcers and the Prelief does not interfere with any medication, it just removes the acidic quality to it. You can use it with aspirin even, which is known to torment people with ulcers. It reduces the acid to anything that you put in your mouth. It may actually help your ulcers feel better, it did mine.

how many prelief do you take a day. I find that when I take it regularly it does help. that doesn't mean that i can go off the diet though!
