Hey you guys so im wondering does heparin actually help heal the bladder and has any one been helped with freequncy by the heparin instills please let me know

I don't have them any more because I'm doing well, but I did heparin instillations at home for quite a while and it did help.

I find that instills with Heparin work much better for me than instills without heparin. For a while in the late winter and early spring, I was doing instills with lidocaine, gentamicin, sodium bicarb and heparin once a week, and my urgency and frequency would be significantly better for about five days. When I ran out of heparin, it took a couple of weeks to get refilled because if an issue with my insurance, so I was doing the instills without the heparin. I would have my symptoms back within a couple of days then.
