Hi. Flare since Dec. moved to FL. Going in for instillation tmw. What do I want in it? What do I not want in it? Will I be in more pain? Can I drive myself home? Thank you

Your doctor very likely has a solution he/she prefers. I haven't had instillations for quite a while, but I always drove myself home.
