    Argylol Instill

    Hi everyone,

    Just wondering if anyone has heard of Argylol cocktail and what their experience is with it. I have had heparin instills in the past and those did not help. I have had one instillation of this so far and will have 3 more (not sure if it's helping yet). Maybe it's under a different name? I know it has lidocaine, argylol (which is apparently buffered silver), sodium bicarb, and kenalog. My doctor has reported that the vast majority of his patients have had good relief with this. Thoughts anyone? Thanks!

    I har argyrol instilled back when I was first diagnosed in 1975. It's a silver nitrate solution and isn't used much any more. I just remember that it stained things horribly --- I think it helped for a while.
