I am not familiar with the Supreme Greens but I have been taking 2 Spirulina tablets about 30 minutes before a meal which is probably has the same effect.
Yes, I do think it helps. It also is supposed to be a very healthful product which interests me because of the lack of variety in my diet. It is listed in a health newsletter that I receive as number 1 in a list of three most powerful superfoods. You can get it in tablets or in a powdered form which should be more potent.
I did some reading on Spirulina and it is not at all like Supreme Green from what I can tell.
The theory behind Supreme Green is that we have too much acid in our bodies and that is what is getting us sick. Somehow it counteracts that.
