Hi,
I've been doing a lot of reading and have some questions about MSM and Aloe Vera. Can anyone give me the specific brand names of the MSM they use. How much do you take? Where do you find the best price?

What about the MSM cream for urethral pain? Where exactly do you apply it?

Also, what brand of freeze dried Aloe Vera and how much? Any other things that have worked for anyone? Please be specific about brand, amount to take, and where to buy.

I have ordered a bottle and hope for it to arrive soon.
I do not know much about the other items other than someone posted you can buy 100% aloe and by MSM in the vitamin section of a store and make your own mix.
as far as I understand you just apply it directly to where you hurt.

I've been taking Natural Factors MSM (100% pure), 1000 mg. I take one of these a day.

I take Kal brand MSM Glucosamine Sulfate, 2 tablets daily.

I bought them at local health food stores.
