Glucosamine/Chondroitin Brand Recommendation
I was wondering if anyone takes it right now. I don't want the kind with MSM, just the glucosamine and chondroitin. I had these capsules... swallowing them whole is out of the question... breaking them open, nasty taste and can't do it.
Does anyone have a tablet form or liquid or something that is palatable? The reason I'm thinking of taking this is 2-fold. Some people say it helps IC. I figure it is a common supplement and people with arthritis take it, so I figured I'd give it a try (does not interact with any of my meds and health status, already asked MD and pharmacist). I also figured it couldn't hurt (but may help) my back. I have a few spots of narrowing and degenerating disks. Anyways... I figured this supplement may help 2 things or maybe just one.
