    A.M. and P.M. T'ai Chi With David-Dorian Ross and CJ McPhee (2006)

You can get a used copy from Amazon for under $9.00. Its a great little dvd - very easy and simple to follow.

Re: the exercise - just keep dipping low in the middle as you slowly switch from side to side - leading UP with your head and DOWN low in the opposite direction with your tailbone.

Is there anywhere I might be able to see a series of photos (or a video is even better!) of this move being done? Lol, I'm feeling quite silly right now but I'm probably doing it wrong. xD

    Thanks!

    relaxing pelvic floor

One time at night I was in a flare and who knows why I fell asleep but I did bend my knees to my chest (and slightly to sides) and I think that position causes muscles in the pelvis to relax, so this squatting thing makes perfect sense. We should all do everyday (unless there is reason not to ofcourse) I think this Tai Chi exercise. Thanks! PV

I have found a lot of comfort and relief in this exercise. This is what you do (helps open up the pelvic floor) :

Scootch down to a squatting position - way down - tilt your head up to the right and swing your tailbone around to the LEFT so they are in opposite positions - head and shoulders up to the right and tailbone swinging low down to the left - then swing slowly to the reverse - head and shoulders up to the left and swing low - the back and tail bone 'round to the right - slowly - do the reverse - for about 5 minutes - keep repeating slowly - like a pantomine - scoop down LOW to the left - then down LOW to the right - head always scooped down -and back and rear end up high in the opposite direction.
I hope you find it a very comforting and "opening" up of the pelvic region.
