I have been doing deep cleansing breathing & relaxation exercises twice daily for nearly 3 years.

I recently began doing yoga everynight before I go to bed & wow what a difference! I found a local yoga instructor & got some individual instruction then attended a couple of her classes before she went on vacation & picked up more tips from the classes. She teaches Power yoga also known as Vinyasa. It takes maybe 10-15 minutes to do all the poses I do, I think that is reasonable
