  • OK this is weird - A statin drug is helping with . . .

I've been having retention and decreased urinary flow for quite sometime. Recently I got put on a statin drug (crestor) for very high cholesterol. I've noticed I now have increased urinary flow(not increased frequency/urgency - just a better flow). Is this a coincidence or is the anti-inflammatory properties that statins are supposed to have helping with my urinary retention problem?? Anyone else who is on statin drugs noticed any improvement in this department?
    hugs,
