Has anyone taken rapaflow - it's supposed to help weak urine stream.

I have PFD and I know my pelvic muscles are tight right now. What cause this tightness, I don't know. This causes weak urine stream and also frequency.

    Thanks

Many times PFD can be caused by the muscles in your pelvis staying in a prolonged "protection" mode. When we hurt our muscles tighten in order to protect an injury to our body. Once the muscles stay that way for a long time they will shorten and get very tight, like a rubberband. A lot of people find relief through pelvic floor therapy with a physical therapist.

As for the rapaflow, I am not familar with this. If you do choose to use it be sure to speak with your Dr first to check for any interactions it may cause

I took rapaflo briefly. It helped wonderfully with the stream of urine. The only bad part is I am the 1% of the population that got the nasal congestion...I mean to the point my nose was occluded. They tried several alpha blockers...to no avail...same thing happened. Good luck...I really wish I could have taken it!
