Hello Everyone,
My insurance company just denied my doctor's letter of pre-determination for URGENT PC. I am going to appeal their decision. In case my appeal is also denied, I am considering paying for the 12 treatments myself. Does anyopne know the cost of URGENT PC per treatment? This will be difficult since my employer just reduced my hours from full-time to part-time, but I have no other choice right now since I'm in so much discomfort with my frequency.
