Just wanted to say thanks for your phone call today - I really appreciate it. Your help and friendship over the last year and a half has meant so much to me. Through all my trials and surgeries you have always been there for me with a helping hand, a referal, or just support.

It was so nice to get a call, checking on me after my surgery, especially all the way from Canada! Some of my own family and friends have not even done that, and they live in the same town as me...so I just wanted you to know from the bottom of my heart that you are such a gem!!

What you have been through and all of these surgeries you sure are a gem as well!!
I just hoping that this is the one and that the Implant will be up and running in know time too!!
