Were you a Univ. of Colorado Interstim Patient?

There is pending legal action taken on behalf of some IC patients who were treated by Richard Schmidt, MD at the University of Colorado. The lawsuit is alleging that Dr. Schmidt and the University of Colorado "abandoned" patients who were in the midst of receiving care, particularly during Interstim procedures. This may relate to patients who were treated from 1995 through 2000.

If you were a patient treated by this physician IN COLORADO... please contact me. I would be happy to forward a copy of the complaint to you. There are statute of limitations deadlines coming very soon. Please forward this to any other IC patients who may be involved.
