For those of you having success with your interstim: Can you do moderate exercise with this in? I'm not a big exerciser, but I do like taking my power walks every day..Would that be a problem with this device? Thank you...Celeste

    hi celest,
I do not think that would do any harm. I would cnsult with the doctor for more accurate advise.

Hi Celestra, I agree with Brat, power walking should be fine. I can do moderate to heavy excercise with no problem.

I play tennis with no problem. I also run and don't find it unconfortable at all.
I did not start doing any exercise for 3 months post op just to be sure that it was already healed and with no risk that the lead could move.
Uh!, I never turn it off.
