  • got the dates

I will be going in on May 2nd for the trial. On May 16th he will removed the old one and put in the new one.
I can't believe it is that far away. I guess maybe it is not, but when your use to not having the got to go right this second feeling for 4 years, and the pain it did help is all taken away it seems like a life time.. I am on the cancellation list.. someone cancels.. I know that was mean, but with the stress I am under and not having my best bud stim I am at a total loss.

One good thing is that your court things should be done by then.

I'm trying to find a bright side for you.

Well, it's just about April... it does seem really far away, but the time will pass quickly since you're so busy with other things at the moment.

When I scheduled mine, they called on a Wednesday and said, "You want to do this next Tuesday?" So I had the opposite problem... too quick. I ended up telling her that it was too fast, and I wouldn't be able to get things in order... so she said they had another date in two weeks. I took that.

I'm hoping someone does cancel for you... yeah, mean, I know... but I know how much you want this!!!

Maybe it depends on the doctor. Like Debbie when I had the 2nd one put in instead of the trial we just went in and replaced the old one.

That happend the first time for me Jen. I was hoping to get that lucky again.

I am getting the new one, he is going to go on the left side this time. After the trial he will tunnel the leads back to the right side, take out the orginal, then put in the new one.
