My surgery is at 8 a.m. and they said to be there at 6. It's a 90 min. drive so that sucks, but, I don't have to wait all day and I've had really restless sleep the last few nights.
Last night because of my rolling around I got my catheter tubing all wrapped around me. As I was unraveling it came apart. I put my finger on the catheter quick and didn't have more than a drop spill out. However, I apparently didn't get it re-connected well and 2 hrs. later I awoke to being soaked in a wet nightgown, mattress and sheets etc. UGH. That made doing the Stim seem even more appealing.
I've had a catheter in full-time for so long. They are going to leave my supra-pubic in the first week and remove it for the next week of the trial.
I'm so excited because I want to have a normal life again and so terrified it won't work and I don't have any other options than full-time catheterization.
Well in less than 24 hrs. I'll know something.
I really appreciate all the information on this site.
