And so far, even on a low setting it kind of makes me feel like I want to jump out of my skin. I am not so sure about this! I am willing to try it for a while, though!

When I started using my TENS unit it took me a while to get used to the feeling.
Medical "Issues":
IC
GERD
Tachycardia(resting rate is 125-130 ) Medicastions:
Tramadol-as needed (IC)-50mg
Elmiron 200mg twice a day
Levsin .125mg 1-2 pills 4 times a day
I leave mine set at 3 so I can't feel it. Have you tried diffenernt settings? I have mine on fibration for all the time. Not the one where it goes up and down or the one where it does a hard pound.
I have it set VERY low in intensity. It doesn't hurt, just makes me feel "crawly." I think I just have to get used to that part.
I do have a question on electrode placement; thinking about what she said doesn't make sense to me now. She said that white goes above white and blue goes above blue, but that if there's a specific area of pain (which there generally is), that I could cross them. So, which makes more sense? And to target pelvic pain, where exactly do you think I should place them?
Thanks for the help!

I don't have different colored wires. My tens has two sides so I could use 4 electrodes but i only use the one side so only two. I place both above the bladder area. One is above the other. One right over the bladder and the other just above the hair line. (I do shave for this otherwise removing electrodes is very painful. ) Why do you feel crawly? Is it just the feel of the electrodes and things? If so that will pass with time. I got used to it within a week to where sleeping with it was no big deal.
