Have any of you ladies heard of or used the itouch Sure? It's marketed as a pelvic floor exerciser for incontinence. It's TENS with a large tampon-type insert rather than external pads. My PT is real excited about it as a treatment for IC frequency. Right now I'm in sort of a remission (YEA!) so we're holding off on trying it. (If I'm not having major symptoms I won't know if it's working!)

Is this OTC? I use a tens unit in top of my pelvis for the bladder spasms, and it helps to soothe the pain and urgency. But I can't wear it all day!

I was almost out of my most recent flare when I had a sinus headache and accidentally took Advil! I bought some pain reliever without NSAID, and I had forgotten to replace my Advil bottle with my new pain reliever.

I reached for the bottle, took two pills, and just as I'd swallowed, I realized my error!!! I was bracing for a flare-up of my flare but crossing my fingers.

Two days after the pills, I'm in full flare again. Sigh.

So, anyway, the tens, it does help to momentarily quell my symptoms.

But if y'all try the I-soft, let me know how it works and if I can get ahold of one.
