  • Anyone take flexeril?

I've had IC for years. I've been mostly flare free for many months. This is embarassing, but I have to ask. Has anyone had an orgasm cause a flare? Mine starting hurting immediately afterwards and has hurt for 2 days now. Klonopin helps a lot but I don't want to take that all the time. I was wondering if anyone has used flexeril successfully? I am not particularly diet sensitive with my IC, but hormones and certain exercises make it go crazy. I believe mine is more pelvic floor related, although I was diagnosed via hydro in 2014. Thoughts?
    Diagnosed 1/7/14 via cysto/hydro

    Current Treatment:
10 mg amitriptyline, DH Aloe Vera

    Used During Flares:

Practicing bladder training and stress control (hot baths, pelvic stretching)
Recently tried PT, do not appear to have PFD

Things that have not helped in the past:
    Oxybutynin, Vesicare, Pyridium, Myrbetriq, Vagifem
