  • Prelief with Supplements/Herbs

Hi everyone. I’ve heard a lot about people using Prelief over the years of having IC (although I’ve never personally tried it myself). I don’t find I’m particularly sensitive to foods and stay away from very acid things like alcohol, coffee etc anyways. What I am sensitive to is supplements and herbal tinctures. Right now I am having a lot of gut issues and trying to improve my digestion by taking digestive bitters (before meals) and a tincture called Iberogast at night that helps in gut motility. I am finding myself in a flare from these herbs and wondered, would it be reasonable to try taking Prelief along with these herbs and see if that prevented irritation? Any advice/personal experience would be great! Thanks.

I think it might be worth a try --- I have used Prelief for many years --- any time I will be ingesting anything that might be an irritant, I take Prelief immediately before the first bite/sip. If you have any problem finding it locally where you live, it's available in the ICN Shop.
