I have been on Elivil 25mg for 1 week. I am now waking up very dizzy and extremely tired. Does anyone else experience this. It takes most of the morning to wake up.

No, I never experienced that when I tried it. I would advise you to call your Dr. and ask him/her.

I've been on 20 mgs for about two months. I do have trouble waking up in the morning but once I'm up I am fine.Comment

Yes elavil makes me very tired and sleepy in morning, I take 10 mg for now with 25 mg atarax. I guess my thought is that I would rather feel tired as in flare, so if it helps....Also once I am up, I am ok.

I am starting with raw food diet, juices and green smoothies and salads. Nothing else (rx meds and holistic things like cystoprotek, IC aloe vera) helps with my frequency, urgency and burning. I was also tested and I am gluten sensitive, lactose intolerant, few other food allergies, so all in all it made perfect sense to try go "raw". Fingers crossed
