flare from zoloft?

Has anyone else had any problems with Zoloft? Just started it and is working well for my depression but I have been having more pain and frequency, just was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

I'd suggest keeping a symptom and treatment log. Document moods, activities, meds, symptoms...etc. You can then look for patterns over long periods of time. I was convinced antidepressants caused flares for me but now know that isn't true. IC can and does wax and wane so an increase in symptoms doesn't mean zoloft is the cause. Symptoms can and do come and go for no reason. Over a decade ago i tried welbutrin and had horrible frequency and urgency and was convinced it was from that. It wasn't because I recently went off it after six months of being on it without major change to my usual IC symptoms. I know this because I've kept a diary for years. It's priceless.

I'd suggest giving the zoloft a couple of months to see how things play out.
Depression needs to be treated and if zoloft is helping so that's a step in the right direction. Are you taking Elmiron? Elmiron has helped me tolerate more things. I still have good and bad days but my bad days are better than my best days used to be.
