Antihistamines=headaches?

I have been on Allegra for 10 days now and the past four I have woken up with a TERRIBLE headache. Today it feels almost like the migraines I used to get as a teenager (whole face hurts, sensitivity to light and sound) I have been under alot of stress and my husband and I are going through a rough time, so maybe the headaches are from that. I did notice in the pharmacy hand out that one side affect is headaches, just wondered if this happens to anyone else and if there is a way to avoid them (take it at a certain time of day, take half 2 x's instead of 1 one x's, etc) If it is the meds, I am sure my Doc will switch me to something else. I am on Allegra instead of the other traditionally used antihistamines because he wanted to try something less sedative. I am tired all day as it is!

Currently using:
Valium; Vicadin; Proced DS; Claritin; Buffered Lidocain; Cymbalta; Baclofen; Prazosin @ night (also on Prednisone and Adderall for my joint pain and severe fatigue)
Heating pads; frozen water bottles; A&D ointment; Poise pads; IC dieter since 8/06; yoga; imagery & relaxation CD, Mindfullness, self healing CD's; hot baths; seat cushion; prayer
I am 28 yrs old, dx'ed in '06, still trying to get my health undercontrol!!
