I was doing pretty well after being on Elmiron and Elavil for a year and a half but I was still having UTI type symptoms for a couple days about once a month. My doctor suggested I add Claritin instead of Hydroxyzine because it's not sedating. I stalled for a few months because it has caused me in the past to have dry eyes. When my regular allergies picked up in the spring I did add the Claritin and I really think it's helped me a lot. Have any of you had success with Claritin? I don't know if it's a coincidence, tincture of time, or the Claritin.
