It depends... some people find 10mg enough, and some feel nothing after 50mg. We're all different. The only reason why Atarax isn't that great as a long term anxiety treatment is that after about 2 weeks on it, most people seem to notice a decrease in the anxiolytic effect. I take 25 mg most of the year, and I notice absolutely no effects from it ... even during allergy season when I bump up my dose to 50mg. I do remember feeling pretty stoned after 25 mg in the beginning though, but that wore off quickly... -
Atarax for anxiety
Im reading on the web that atarax may be good for anxiety. I started taking atarax again and Im wondering at what dosage it may help to treat anxiety also?
